Because the value is in comparing one drill with the next. A single drill produces a list; the subscription produces improvement.
Can a drill disrupt production?
No. It runs on a separate environment. Any action that would touch production is announced, scheduled and approved by you.
What if the drill fails?
That is the expected result the first time. The value is in the gap register and in closing it.
